SAVE THE DREAM

Century 21 is launching a new program to help homeowner stay in their homes.  If you are facing foreclosure, ie cannot make your payments you must act as you have several options.

1. Visit these websites

Your Guide to Avoiding Foreclosure

The HopeNow Alliance to save your home

2.  Contact your bank and explain your situation and see if they are willing to help... you have to be persistant on this, don't give up until you talk to a friendly voice

3. Call me if you need more help and maybe I can guide you in the right direction.

It is in your family's best interest to exhaust all of your options before you let your home be foreclosed upon.  Don't take a backseat to your future.... take action.
